Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using any application, service, or blockchain protocol operated by Aligned Sovereign Intelligence Institute (“ASII”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using our Services (including the ASI Signals Platform, SAIT/ABC/SAT tokens, and related smart contracts on Base Protocol or Accumulate Network), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
2. Description of Services
ASII provides:
- ASI Signals Platform: A centralized application for AI risk intelligence and data analysis.
- Blockchain Protocol Services: Smart contracts and token ecosystems (SAIT/ABC/SAT) deployed on Base Protocol (Layer 2) and Accumulate Network.
- Sovereign Compliance Tools: Identity and data anchoring services via Accumulate Digital Identifiers (ADIs).
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate and complete information for account registration and KYC/AML verification.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and private keys.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Activities:
- Using the Services for illegal activities (money laundering, terrorist financing).
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise the integrity of the Service or its underlying blockchain networks.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code from any part of the Service (except for open-source components).
4. Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Risks
Acknowledgment of Risk: You acknowledge that blockchain technology, including Base Protocol, Accumulate Network, and digital assets (SAIT, ABC, SAT), involves significant risks, including but not limited to:
- Regulatory Uncertainty: Changes in laws and regulations may impact the value and utility of tokens.
- Technical Risks: Software bugs, smart contract vulnerabilities, 51% attacks, and network congestion.
- Market Volatility: The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly.
- Irreversibility: Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Lost private keys cannot be recovered by ASII.
No Financial Advice: ASII does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASII, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
- ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
- ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
- ANY HACK, SECURITY BREACH, OR MALICIOUS ATTACK TARGETING THE BASE PROTOCOL, ACCUMULATE NETWORK, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY WALLET OR EXCHANGE.
- SMART CONTRACT FAILURES OR ISSUES WITH THE UNDERLYING BLOCKCHAIN INFRASTRUCTURE.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASII and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
7. Compliance & Global Access
ASII makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
Restricted Jurisdictions: Services may be restricted in certain countries subject to sanctions or regulatory prohibitions (e.g., OFAC sanctioned countries).
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Switzerland or Delaware], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
