ASII Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 2026
Version: 2.0

Aligned Sovereign Intelligence Institute (“ASII”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclosure, and safeguard your information when you visit our website asi2.org, use our applications (including the ASI Signals Platform), or interact with our blockchain services (including SAIT/ABC/SAT tokens on Base Protocol and Accumulate Network).

1. Global Scope

This policy applies to users globally. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your home country. We are committed to complying with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR (for EU users) where relevant to our centralized services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you:

  • Register for the ASI Signals Platform or other applications.
  • Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
  • Subscribe to newsletters or marketing communications.
  • Contact us for support.

This may include your name, email address, government-issued identification (for KYC), and contact details.

2.2 Blockchain Data

⚠️ Important: Public Nature of Blockchain

Please be aware that transactions on the Base Protocol (Layer 2) and Accumulate Network are public and irreversible.

When you interact with our smart contracts or tokens (SAIT, ABC, SAT):

  • Your wallet address, transaction data, and token balances are permanently recorded on the public blockchain.
  • This data is accessible to anyone and cannot be modified or deleted by ASII.
  • We do not control the blockchain networks. We cannot hide or obscure your on-chain activity.

Accumulate Digital Identifiers (ADIs): If you utilize an ADI for sovereign identity or compliance, certain data explicitly anchored to that identity may be visible on the Accumulate Network depending on your configuration.

2.3 Automated Data Collection

We may collect technical data such as:

  • IP addresses and browser type (for security and analytics).
  • Device information.
  • Cookies and usage data (to improve platform performance).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
  • Execute blockchain transactions you authorize (e.g., token transfers, voting).
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC/AML).
  • Improve our applications and user experience.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, security breaches, and malicious activity.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with KYC/AML processing, cloud hosting (AWS/GCP), and analytics.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or regulation.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or asset transfer.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Security of Your Information

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your personal data held in our centralized systems, including encryption and access controls. However, we cannot guarantee the security of the public blockchains (Base, Accumulate) or your personal wallet (non-custodial). You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and seed phrases.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data (in our centralized systems).
  • Object to processing.
Limitation

We cannot correct, delete, or modify data written to the public blockchain (Base or Accumulate networks) as it is technically immutable.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
